all the time, for any cancellation. But unfortunately that is not possible. There are many fees paid out, and deposits placed up front in order to firm up the itineraries of any tour. These funds are paid out months prior to the tour departing.
Many of these vendors have cancellation policies with penalties, many of which are non-refundable.
Everyone has their own cancellation policy, and needless to say, we must abide by contracts we have agreed into.
Therefore, we must also have a cancellation policy that takes these facts into consideration.

* 150 days prior to departure 100% of monies paid will be refunded, minus a $95.00 per person cancellation fee.
* 149 to 90 days prior to departure there will be a cancellation fee charged of 10% of the full tour price less any discounts given.
* 89 to 60 days prior to departure there will be a cancellation fee charged of 15% of the full tour price less any discounts given.
* 59 to 30 days prior to departure there will be a cancellation fee charged of 20% of the full tour price less any discounts given.
* 29 days or less prior to departure there will be a cancellation fee charged of 30% of the full tour price less any discounts given.
* 149 to 90 days prior to departure there will be a cancellation fee charged of 10% of the full tour price less any discounts given.
* 89 to 60 days prior to departure there will be a cancellation fee charged of 15% of the full tour price less any discounts given.
